USAGE GUIDELINES
- Each session should be limited to a maximum duration of 15-20 minutes.
- Drink water before entering to stay hydrated.
- Use a towel to sit on
- The sauna and steam room temperatures are maintained at 55°C (131°F).
- The use of swimwear is mandatory.
- Pregnant women and individuals with heart disease are not allowed to enter
- Take a shower before entering the sauna. After the session, cool down your body for 15 minutes before showering again.
